Preventative maintenance will avert more costly repairs down the road, saving homeowners time and money. First Call Home Services will routinely assess your property and work with you to ensure its well-being and maintenance. We serve as a 24-hour emergency contact and manage all aspects of home repairs, redesigns, remodels, construction, and yard maintenance. This may include a kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, and seasonal maintenance such as painting, pressure- washing or checking in on your home after a storm. Examples of preventative maintenance, property management and other services include, but are not limited to:

• 24-hour emergency contact
• Respond to alarms and/or conduct regular drive by and/or onsite inspections
• Spring Cleaning
  • Power wash the patios or house.
  • General clean up of leaves and debris.
  • Custom tree fort or playhouse for the kids.
• Winterize Estate
  • Ensure water lines are secure for the winter; may include winterizing sprinkler systems.
  • Shovel snow or clear debris after windstorms.
